设备在入网的时候，网关询问设备simple request，设备有回复MAC层的ACK，但是设备不回复simple response。网关多次询问设备多次不回复之后，网关再次询问，设备连MAC层的ACK都没有了（已经完全收不到数据），整个系统也处于死机状态（按键触发也无效）。请问是怎么回事？？
