【Bug】时间状态会自动发布

mesh SDK为什么会每隔30秒自动发布时间模型的状态消息，我并没有给时间模型设置发布只有给节点设置了白名单，再给节点的其它模型设置发布，时间模型的状态消息就会每隔30秒自动发布，如何修改这个bug

SIG_MESH的SDK版本为4100，使用外部PA，打开PA_ENABLE和USE_SOFTWARE_PA两个宏，PA管脚设置的没问题，app_rf_pa_handler函数运行时也有正常调用，功率索引设置的是RF_POWER_P3p01dBm，但是开不开PA两个节点通讯的最远距离差不多，请问是还
