TLSR8258 开发了一个zigbee endpoint设备，经常出现zbdemo_bdbCommissioningCb 返回状态：BDB_COMMISSION_STA_PARENT_LOST。然后调用zb_isDeviceJoinedNwk()返回0，导致发ZCL的包无法多重试几次。
