BDT can not detect Burning EVK.

I download BDT.zip(with tl_usb2.3.dll) from developers site.
But this "Telink BDT" can not detect Burning EVK.
But old BDT (with tl_usb2.2.dll) can detect Burning EVK.
Is new BDT not support Burning EVK ?

It supports the burning tool as before, it just adds support for our newer chips.
