What is the order of MAC ID Byte?

I'm only going to use the lower 2 bytes.
Is the MAC ID that is 6 bytes for Flash address "0x76000",

low byte is 0x76000 and high byte is 0x76005? correct?

Hi,

 1 This is related to flash size,512k located 0x7600,and 1024k located 0xFF000
