How can I always connect the same module first? (tlsr825x)

This is a question about the "BLE Mesh Light" SDK Sample Code.
I downloaded the BLE Mesh Light program on three modules and connected it to the app.
It's a question when the three modules are called A, B, and C, respectively.
Q. Each time I connect with a module to adjust the light with the app on my smartphone, the priority of the connection changes.
In other words, sometimes A is attached first, and other times B is attached first, and the order of random is different.
How Can I always let A connect first?
For the purpose of questioning, I would like to set module A as a master and use it.

Yes, that’s right. Each time the 3d, 36,07 order is connected, it changes randomly.
36, 3d, 07 or 07,36,3d
For example, if it is connected in the order of 3d, 36,07, the smartphone is connected to 3d.
The remaining 36 and 07 seem to be connected to a smartphone through 3d. Is that what I figured out?
I always want to connect this to 3D first.
The reason is that I want to add functions that are not in other modules with 3d as well. Will it be possible?
All modules will only be fitted to the extent that they can be connected to the smartphone.
That's possible if you can modify the App code,existing code does not support this feature.
