flash cannot be erased

I try erase flash, but error like picture.
first, i use flash demo and it still work good.
then, i copy code and integrate in ble demo, then have issue.
How fix it?

same problem, read only, can not erase or write
I have the same problem in TLRS8251, i can't erase and program in BDT and Eclipse, in Eclipse app i can't program SDK in MCU, have this message below in BDT:

Flash Sector (4K) Erase Error: 0
[09:19:43]:
Activate OK!
[09:19:48]:

Someone know how i fix this i make all things and install a lots of app for fix and nothing until today, i need help urgency.
