I use ZB_BLE SDK 2.3.1.0

When the device is commissioned and then If the device send zcl_report() within 30 seconds,

then The data is corrupted.

But If the device send zcl_report() after 30 seconds, then the data is not corrupted.

Why it is appeared ?

How to fix it ? (How to send zcl_report() within 30 seconds ? )
