I need to buy the TLSR8258 PA Dongle kit to test the Power Amplifier mode. 

I want to create the bluetooth sigmesh, the distance of 2 nodes is more than 100m.

So Can i do that and where can I buy the TLSR8258 PA Dongle kit?
