TLSR8366发射功率测试问题

Hi，
您好，我们最近是用贵司的TLSR8366以及TLSR8368做了一套灯控系统，最近我们的产品要送到FCC过认证，于是自测了TLSR8366的发射功率，结果如下：

程序设置发射功率实测发射功率
RF_POWER_OFF -61.67dBm
RF_POWER_m32dBm -40.96dBm
RF_POWER_m20dBm -38.52dBm
RF_POWER_0dBm -42.09dBm
RF_POWER_4dBm -39.79dBm
RF_POWER_8dBm -38.76dBm

结果与程序上设置偏差较大！（详细测试过程及结果见附件文档）
请问：
1、我们测试的方法或者程序上配置是否有误，导致测试结果不对？
2、贵司实际结果是否有这么大的偏差？
3、如何改进8366发射功率呢？

Try to use attachment to verify the hardware connection is good.
After power on default :in carry mode ,at 2430MHz frequency ,the Txpower is 8dbm . ~~[attachment=0]~~8366_emi.zip[/attachment]

一共试过两块8366开发板，一块我们自己设计的硬件。
结果如图，测试的结果是2646M -54dBm：

Usually in testing TXpower, the setting of instrumentation is REF = 20 DBM, Span = 50 MHZ, RBW = 5 MHZ. other settings instrumentation can be automatically set. You may need to check again 2402 MHZ frequency spectrum instrument Settings.
