使用sig_mesh_tool配网失败

网关使用的工程是8258_mesh_gw，节点使用的工程是8258_mesh，SDK版本是V4.1.0.0,使用两个板子，网关的工程中HCI_ACCESS设置为HCI_USE_UART，串口TX改为PB1，其他未改动。按照手册使用sig_mesh_tool工具可以搜到节点的未配网信标，但是配网时失败，提示如下：

可以将sig_mesh_tool目录的.json文件删除后，新建网络测试看看呢。
in my test, sig_mesh_tool not make .json file.
How to generate .json file ?
