What is the 'manual set 32k timer mode' in register Sys_timer_ctrl of tlsr8269?

In page 57 of tlsr8269 datasheet, there is the content about 'Sys_timer_ctrl' register (0x74c).
What are the 'manual set 32k timer mode'(bit 3) and 'manual set 32k timer / 1:write, 0:read' (bit 2) in Sys_timer_ctrl?
When I checked these values in the firmware in 802.15.4 SDK and in the firmware in BLE Telink Mesh SDK, these default values are different with each other in the two cases.
in 802.15.4 SDK, 'manual set 32k timer mode' is 1 and manual set 32k timer is 1.
in BLE Telink Mesh SDK, 'manual set 32k timer mode' is 0and manual set 32k timer is 0.

Hi Kim,
I think the key reason you saw the difference is that in the ble mesh sdk, only low power node will change the reg during its low power operand.
