How to check if the channel is used by other gateway in ZBHCI(Zigbee SDK) ?

Dear Sir.
I am testing with TLSR8258 with Zigbee SDK.
How to check if the channel is used or not by other gateway in zbhci ?

While establishing a network, the gateway selects a best channel as the working channel through energy scan in the stack.
but now the energy scan result hasn't been notified to the application layer, so the channel's status can't been obtained via the zbhci.
Do you have schedule for notify result of energy scan to application layer ?
When i set a channel via the zbhci, if the channel is used ?
